Our tools are free and used as-is. We're happy to fix bugs and consider feature requests, but we don't provide dedicated technical support or custom implementations. For bugs, email us with steps to reproduce and we'll do our best to fix them.

Yes! We regularly add new tools based on user feedback. Describe what you need and how you'd use it (e.g. "convert X to Y in the browser"). We can't promise to build everything, but suggestions strongly influence our roadmap.
